We are currently accepting 2019 Vendor Applications until March 1.  Our booths are soon to be full of businesses and organizations interested in displaying their products for sale or presenting educational information that pertains to outdoor activities such as hunting or fishing. A good variety of vendors bring attendees, which in turn creates business for you!

  • Booth space is approximately 8’x10’
  • Each booth is provided one 6’ table and two chairs. 
  • One green tablecloth is provided.
  • The booth dividers are peg board.
  • The building walls are self-healing, so nails (up to a penny nail) can be used.
  • A limited number of booths will have electricity.

  • No live animals
  • No promotion of alcohol
  • No raffle ticket sales
  • No firearm sales

​Other Considerations

Due to the growing popularity of our event and limited booth spaces, we now have a vendor selection process.

  • Vendor Application Forms will be accepted until March 1st .
  • The Expo Planning Committee will meet and review the applications. Preference will be given to those keeping with the outdoor theme.
  • On March 8th all applicants will be notified by email the committee’s selections.  The selected vendors will be asked to submit their $50 booth fee and Certificate of Compliance (if applicable) at this time.
  • Non-selected or late applicants may choose to be placed the waiting list for possible booth openings.
